I have always loved Great Danes and got an opportunity to get my first Dane about 12 years ago. She was a brindle and even though I wanted a harlequin I really liked her cinder block head. Shortly after getting Mikki, we got Harley. She was not immediately welcome. Bill adjusted to the 2 Danes in the house and has loved them ever since. We lost Mikki a few years ago. Dudley is out of an Italian import male, Chooch. A special thanks to Cari Jensen with Dirt Road Danes for allowing us to breed to such a magnificent animal. Chooch's sire is International Champion Obelix. He is a wonderful dog and we are hoping to get a couple European girlfriends for him in the near future. I like the extra large size and big heads they breed in Europe. Hoping to have some pups in 2007.
