Borrego was a 14.3 hand deep bay stallion. We only had him a short while. He was closely related to Babe so we didn't use him extensively. The few colts we raised out of him were excellent quality. Good headed and very stoutly built. We have two mares out of him in Radar's mare band and I'm excited to see how their colts turn out. One is a grandaughter of my first broodmare so she is speed bred on the bottom and cow on the top. Crossed on foundation and color, the foal should be an excellent prospect with color to boot. BS Wrangler Borrego is mare out of Borrego and a Docs Wrangler, Poco Bueno bred mare. She is a nicely started prospect that is also bred to Borrego. Check her out on the Prospects for sale page.
